The people of Draynor Village live in constant terror. Their numbers are dwindling, all due to the foul creature lurking in the manor to the north known as a vampire.

Part 1:
The Ravaging Undead

Step 1
Speak to Morgan, at Draynor Village.
Grab garlic from upstairs.
Go to Blue Moon Inn, Varrock (grab hammer from general store if you don't have one).
Talk to Dr. Harlow.

Make your way to the small house north of Ned in Draynor Village and speak to Morgan (Picture). He'll tell you that his village has been dreadfully ravaged by an evil vampire, who resides in Draynor Manor. Offer your assistance, and he will tell you to seek Dr. Harlow who can often be found at Varrock's Blue Moon Inn. Before you make your way to Varrock, grab a clove of garlic from the cupboard upstairs (Picture).

When you arrive at the Blue Moon Inn, speak to Dr. Harlow, and tell him Morgan is in trouble. He'll ask you to buy him a beer. Zybez RuneScape Help's Screenshot of Dr Harlow Ask the bartender for a pint of his finest ale (costing 2gp), and then speak to Dr. Harlow again. He may sober up, or he may ask for another beer. If he asks for more beer, just keep buying more until he sobers up.

Once you've got him talking, he'll tell you that you need a stake; he has one of these on him, which he gives to you - how convenient. He says that you must have a hammer to drive the stake into the vampires' heart, so take one along as well. He also says that garlic weakens vampires, and that Morgan likes garlic.

Part 2:
Defeating the Vampire

Step 2
Go to Draynor Manor basement.
Kill Count Draynor (Level-34).

Zybez RuneScape Help's Screenshot of the Vampire Rising Items needed: Hammer, Garlic, Weapon, Food.

When you're ready, make your way to Draynor Manor (Picture). Walk through the front door, and walk down the rickety stairs just east of the entrance. You will now be in the Vampire's rest chamber (Picture).

Open the coffin, and attack Count Draynor (Level-34).

The garlic will weaken Count Draynor's stats, and the stake will deal the final blow; providing you have a hammer with you as well. All you have to do, is eat, and attack.
